Okay. Welcome to Italian Wine Podcast. We spent the past couple of days with Giuseppe Pagano. And of course, he is the owner of San Salvatore winery, but there are a lot of aspects about Mr. Pagano, that I would like for the audience to understand because San Salvatore is actually about Giuseppe Pagano and his dreams. And in order for you to fully understand where he's today, I believe that you have to understand the man also as the hotelier. And the hospitality side, how he has come to San Salatore from these other life experiences. So today, I'd like to ask him a little bit more about, of course, where we are in Pestum. He owns a couple of hotels here directly where we are. We're right now at the really lovely place. It's called Hotel Savoy Hotel Beach Hotel. And this is where they also host Treiolivey, the two star Michelin restaurant, which we had the greatest pleasure of experiencing and dining yesterday. Okay. Alright. Interests, the agriculture, since intermaria tone. To Vista. Said. Same. Okay. So I think we should close now for, this episode, Giuseppe Pagana, the owner of San Salvatorre winery, who is also a hotelier, a restaurateur and a hospitality specialist. Three hundred and sixty degrees. So and then we will be going on towards la dispensa, which is another very, very interesting hospitality unit. I would say, and it vocalizes on the local food and hence local culture. Okay. And that's a wrap for this episode of On The Road Edition hosted by Stevie Kim.
