During the fair, we conducted several interviews with some very exciting producers. We were able to pull out some the more interesting elements of Italian wine within the slow wine movement, tune in each week on Italian wine podcast. Okay. Welcome to the Italian wine podcast. Today, we are at the slow wine, slow food fare in Bologna. And I'm here with a producer, Cantina Benedetti. Okay. And this is Simone, the owner, and this is his niece Greza. Okay. So Tell me a little bit about where where you are located, this is the area. Okay. We are located in, Santa Broadji in Valkali Chaitla, a classic zone of Valkali Chaitla in the Verona, in the north east of Italy. Okay. And can you give me a little bit of a history about your winery, a little bit of a story about where you guys started? My grandparents, where, from, Zuna of, Montez near Howard Home. Okay. They decide to leave the mountains to find better opportunities. Yes. They bought us on, Vineyard. What is your signature grape? Our, typical, types of grapes is, Corina. Because it's, gives to the wine, long the offer longevity. It's also more elegant. And so what is your signature wine that you make? Italian wine podcast.
