During the fair, we conducted several interviews with some very exciting producers. We were able to pull out some the more interesting elements of Italian wine within the slow wine movement, tune in each week on Italian wine podcast. Hello. My name is Stevy Kim. We're back. We're still in slow wine. And we are looking for all the benchmark producers of Italian wine unplugged two point zero at the line. And here with us today, this is his debut. So we have to be really kind to him. What is your name, sir? Hello. I'm Costa Planeta. I'm twenty four years old. I'm the third generation of Planeta wineries. And I'm a young white maker and commercial wine. Okay. So what is the name of your father? I'm old like your dad. I could be your mom. I'm Alezio Son. So I'm, like, friends of Alezio, as you know, and here, Planeta is the benchmark producer for, and He's also the benchmark producers for these are the two benchmark producers. I want to talk to him about a little bit about the younger generation. Okay? So You're twenty four. Have you got a sibling? Have you got a brother or sister? Yes. We are two, Sono, Valle, the holder, and meet, the younger. But we are a big family, Forti Cosing, My grandfather has eight brother and sister. So we are a big family. Mhmm. And maybe to start to travel, maybe with some girlfriend, to find and discover the winery and the small winery all around Italy. Starts from Italy, and then go outside. Where do you live?
