Sometimes it works. Thank you for listening. Hello, everybody. My name is Stevie Kim, and welcome back to everybody needs a bit of Shinta for Italian wine podcast. We've been doing this series for I can't remember when I get asked like, atelier seems to think it's about four or five years. Definitely before the pandemic we had started. This is a series where we ask our Italian wine community at large to ask one question to Professor Chienza. As you know, he doesn't speak English, so we translate the questions to Italian and he replies in Italian. In the beginning, we used to translate, but it just became so much work We just leave it at that. Hoping there are some of you who would like to learn Italian in addition to our Italian audience. So the question today, it's quite personal because Richard actually was doing the w set to course, I saw him doing it last weekend, and he was struggling to have some tasting notes. So I believe this is where it comes from. How can I improve my olfactory senses for wine tasting? Okay. Bye bye. Uh-huh. Okay.
