It is, buzzing with people And I am here with Christina Baragalli from Agenda. Yes. Fantastic. How are you today? Fine. Thanks. Awesome. So tell me, who who are you? What do you do for Provegatorre? And, yeah, I'll ask you also, about the history of the weiner. Yeah. I'm Chris Nagani. It's a pleasure for me to stay here. And, thank you for the opportunity. And, the Proveditore, is, located in Pasadena in the Hills of Marima. And, we, we represent one of the most historic, farm of the denomination of Moralinos and Sano. And, it's a company that does first and, foremost the the story of my family, the Burgani family. And I'm a third generation. That's, we go for the future. And, now we have, forty hectares of the wine. And, We make, a lot of different wine, also, Muralino, and, doc Marima, and the Vermentino two of, we present of the master class. Okay. This is my my my my next question is, your wine is Yeah. Featured in the, Italian trade agency, master classes that's going on today. Yep. And yesterday, and the whole time. And, yours is, in the minerality of great white wine from Italy. What what past the wine you said that was in the master class? Vermentino. But, the Vermentino is, not the signature. Yeah. Our signature wine because our signature wine is a proveditori, and there's a a morelline of Scansano, EOCG, and there's a hundred percent of, sangiovese are great. And we produce on, historic, Italian wine podcast, part of the mama jumbo shrimp family. And, we make a long fermentation and a long machete on the grape. And after we stay on the the the wine, for from eight to twelve months in Paris. Okay. Okay. And, so you're here in in Germany. Did you you've already export to Germany? Not a fatality. No. And, it's, the voice that you would like to do. Yeah. We like to do. And, we stay here for, maybe take some important, sound contacts. Yeah. Okay. And, is there another country or area that you would like to export your wines to? I like to export in old word. Okay. Everywhere. Everywhere. Yeah. Everywhere. Because in Italy, we are a very strong, mature time. Yeah. Yeah. And, we would like to report in all word okay, the same format. Perfect. Okay. And last question, just out of curiosity, if you're drinking, one of your ones, you know, trobetore. Yeah. Okay. Let's say you're you're drinking trobetore. What would you eat with it that is your favorite? Thing. Because I'm on you. Yeah. I think, both of the meat of spaghetti. Really? What kind of spaghetti with, meat, ready? Yeah. Yeah. And, the meat, all meats Rust beef and, the biscuit cup. Yeah. Is this your favorite? Yeah? Perfect. I need to. I like it. Yeah. Perfect.
